HR Audit
The HR Audit involves a full review of your current HR documents, systems, policies and procedures, the findings of which are detailed in a report together with recommendations for legal and best practice improvements.
Business Support Package (BSP)
Our BSP is a cost effective, longer term solution for Clients wanting ongoing and regular advice and support. Our competitive monthly fee is based on number of employees and provides the following benefits:
- UNLIMITED telephone and e-mail advice on employment law and HR related issues (9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday)
- “Priority” status guaranteeing you a speedy response to your issues
- Regular Newsletters to update you on key changes to employment law
- 20% Discount on our On Site fees
- 20% Discount on our Consultancy fees
- 20% Discount on our Training fees
Site Visits
Being a local consultancy to local businesses, we have the advantage of being able to combine our advice with ON SITE support and assistance as and when you need it.
This unique service can be used for isolated incidents such as: attendance in disciplinary hearings, grievance meetings, ill health capability reviews, performance management meetings, dismissal meetings, redundancy consultations etc. Alternatively, you may wish to consider us as your “mobile” HR Department by adding regular site visits to your support package, offering advice and support to your Employees and Managers on day to day HR Issues.

Consultancy/Project Work
We offer a no ties “Consultancy Only” service for clients requiring one off projects or assignments to be carried out. Examples of this type of work includes: the provision of bespoke contracts of employment, company handbooks, HR policies, procedures and forms, assistance with redundancy programmes, recruitment campaigns, Investors In People accreditation and much more.
Prior to work commencing we will visit you to gain a full understanding of your requirements and provide a non obligation quotation.

Employers Indemnity Insurance
In order to provide a complete service, we are now able to offer Employers Indemnity Insurance for Clients who wish to fully protect themselves against unfortunate tribunal action. The policy provides cover for the cost of legal expenses and compensation awards, totalling up to a maximum of £100,000 per annum. Training
Tailor made half and full day training courses can be developed and delivered on site to suit your particular business needs. Aimed at Line Managers and Supervisors, topics include:
