Intro
We are a well established amateur boxing club with a good reputation within the boxing community. We cater for all people ages 8-80 whether you want to simply keep fit or want to take boxing up on a more serious level. Our aim is to promote health and fitness in a fun way.
We work with kids, youths and adults from all sections of the community and all ethnic backgrounds. Through the training you will be taught self-discipline, self defence, tolerance, team work, fitness and self control in a safe and controlled environment. There is no monthly subscription fee, simply train on a pay-as-you-go basis, so if you decide to try us out and it's not for you there is nothing to lose.
We also offer the opportunity for you to compete as an amateur boxer at events across the country at no further cost. All equipment is provided although you are free to use your own equipment if you prefer. We also work with various youth groups across the borough offering "taster sessions" so if you are part of a group who may want to come down for a group session and use the facilities, please contact us to arrange a date.
Feel free to drop in during any of our sessions, have a chat and a coffee, see what we have to offer. Have a look at our extensive facilities which include showers, sauna and a full size ring. All our coaches are registered with the A.B.A (amateur boxing association).
