Intro
Based in Rochdale Employment Links Partnership (ELP) is part of the Economic Affairs Unit of Rochdale MBC. The project was set up with the following objectives:
- Get jobless residents into employment
- Help residents in low paid work to get better jobs
- Help improve the area's skills base and educational attainment levels
- Work with local employers to help meet their human resource needs
It is a free service available to jobseekers and employers based in Rochdale Borough
