Although our bodies need a certain amount of stress in order to do whatever we have to do each day, today’s busy lifestyle puts far more complex challenges on us. The world around us is changing rapidly and people have greater demands on them and pressure to compete and adapt. So because of this it’s more important than ever before that we find ways to reduce stress.

How does it affect the body?

Stress is a word that is often heard nowadays, but how many people understand the full implications of prolonged stress on the body?

Physical symptoms, such as an upset stomach, loss of appetite, over eating, insomnia, chronic headache, rashes and rapid heart beat can all be signs of stress.

Every person has different stress triggers for their particular stress related problem. Each individual reacts to stress in their own way, and in identifying these characteristics I am able to show you how to manage stress more effectively. Using hypnotic techniques that will allow you to reduce your stress level and increase your ability to achieve deep relaxation. During the session I will be using various therapeutic techniques and guided imagery to enable you to relax both mentally and physically.
