Construction Opportunities on Kingsway

The start of the initial construction phase of the massive £300m Kingsway Business Park draws nearer. Preparations are now being made to identify companies interested in tendering for the physical works on site.

The Kingsway Partnership, on behalf of Wilson Bowden Developments, has begun a search to identify potential contractors. The preliminary range of work includes fencing, landscaping, tree surgery, construction of footpaths and cycleways, demolitions and protection works. Work is expected to commence later this year.
