Rochdale goes Venetian for the NSPCC

Rochdale Town Hall will be the venue for a Venetian Masquerade ball hosted by the Rochdale District NSPCC committee on Saturday 10 May.

The committee is hoping to match last year’s event which raised more than £4,200 for local NSPCC projects.

The black tie ball will begin with a drinks reception at 6.45pm for 7.15pm. Tickets are £36 and include the drinks reception, a three course meal and entertainment from DJ Steve Massam.

Individual tickets and tables are still available and can be bought from Sharon Desai on 07917 894094.

Proceeds from the ball will help local children and families who have been affected by abuse. Deborah Sefton, NSPCC community fundraising manager said: “Nearly all the tickets have been sold for what promises to be a glamorous evening and we would love for it to be a sell-out success.

“We rely on the generous support of our local fundraising committees and the Rochdale District always raises a fantastic amount of money for our local children.

“Please do join us at the ball and help to support local children who rely on our services.”
The ball will be sponsored by PGC Demolition and Testing Calibration Services.
