Motorcyclist seriously injured in Castleton

Traffic officers are appealing for witnesses following a road traffic collision in Castleton on Sunday 19 November 2006.
At approximately 4pm, it is believed a 20-year-old man was riding a red and white Honda motorcycle along Queensway when he was in collision with a Toyota Corolla near to the junction with Sherwood Street.
The 20-year-old was taken to Rochdale hospital where he remains in a serious condition.
The 35-year-old man from Rochdale who was driving the Toyota was not injured.
