Initiative to help local graduates secure employment

RGEN is an initiative, led by Manchester Metropolitan University and supported by RMBC Economic Affairs, that aims to assist Rochdale graduates into meaningful employment. An online graduate database will be created to promote Rochdale graduates to employers and link them to graduate-level job opportunities. Links will be made with Rochdale employers, in-particular small and medium sized enterprises, to create graduate job opportunities. There will be careers guidance and job search support provided and there is also a post-graduate course available.

To be eligible the graduate has to be living in Rochdale. The post-graduate course is only available to graduates living in the SRB5 area.
