Rochdale Council main cash office now closed

Rochdale Council main cash office on floor 2 of the Municipal Offices closed on Friday 31 August.
If you use the cash office on a regular basis you will have been informed about these changes.
However, there are other easy ways to pay your Council bills:
Direct Debit
Council tax and business rates can be paid by Direct Debit and in most cases can be set up over the telephone. Please call 0845 121 2970 for advice and help.
Telephone
Most Council bills can be paid over the telephone using your debit card. Telephone 0845 121 7673 or our 24 hour automated payment line on 01706 926180.
Website
Follow the instructions on the payments page of the Council web site to pay your bill using your debit card.
In person
Council tax and business rates can be paid in person at any Post Office or PayPoint outlet, using the barcode printed on your bill.
Rent payments can be paid by Direct Debit or using your swipe card at any Post Office or PayPoint outlet.
Paypoint
PayPoint is a retail network for the convenient local payment of household bills.
