Hours: Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.00pm
We have a vacancy for a Finance Analyst who is CIMA qualified or working towards a CIMA qualification; to work at our clients head office Based in Rochdale.
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager you will work as part of a team to provide financial analysis and support the Supply Chain function.
Key responsibilities will be:
Production of weekly performance summary pack and the monthly
management pack and KPIs.
Ensure timely production and integrity of all financial information
Support the forecasting and budget process including month end accounts and dealing with accounting queries.
Assist in the development of new financial and analytical processes, ensuring financial controls are implemented and adhered to and assets are safeguarded
Present financial information to business customers as required
Liaison with major logistics providers in respect of cost & budget submissions
Ad hoc project work
Ideally will possess
Financial & commercial awareness
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to think outside the box
Good analytical, planning and organisational skills
Advanced Excel modelling skills
Ability to use creative solutions
